This Carnival Eastern Caribbean Cruise on the Pride was our worst experience ever! Firstly, the Pride is clearly in need of complete renovations. During the cruise, the main elevators were out of service for the majority of the cruise. Maintenance staff were continually "spray painting" columns and wall features causing inconvenience in main areas. Reservations for dining were incorrect; stateroom equipment such as refrigerators and air conditioning didn't work; excursions were poorly run as they ran late and then when in progress, the equipment would fail.
