Review summary

my daughter and I took the Christmas cruise and found it to be wonderful.  This is our 3rd Christmas cruise on the Pride.   This year was the added bonus of Charleston, which we enjoyed so much but couldn't believe it was so cold.  Would love to have the same itenerary again next Christmas.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

Some food was repetitive for dinner, at the buffet. The chocolate melting cake was awesome. The variety of fruit and deserts were great.

Entertainment

Service and Staff

Randi was our room attendant and was awesome! The Normandy dinner people were nice but the large tables around us made it hard for us to hear them therefore asking about things were difficult

Cabin / Stateroom

Fantastic. We had our room attendant take care of us so we have only one complaint, electrical sockets. The tv needs to be updated in the near future and so does the design but it was great. The shower head is awesome. Would like the chocolate mints back on pillows. Loved the towel buddies

Ship tip

Get on early and orient yourself with the main layout of the boat. Don't try to do too much and go to everything. This is a great ship to kick back and relax, read, sun, and unwind

Take an early horse and buggy tour, then have lunch somewhere that's local. We went to an Irish pub called Tommy Condons and got shrimp and grits (never had them before) they were great and spicy. I know there were many other places to eat too.

Port Canaveral, Florida

Nice day if you didn't go on any excursions. However, buses, taxis, and excursions are very expensive. Walking anywhere is out of the question.
