Review summary

This was a so, so cruise the bright spot is the staff.

So many thing could be a lot better, the food was poor at best, don't waste your money going to David's the food is no better there.

I ordered sparkling water for our cabin but was told it was not available yet when we wen to David's they had it to sell me then, 2 days at sea??????

I won't travel this ship again unless I see they have given it a food and beverage overhaul.

Not enough non smoking area within the casino, the bigger problem was people have to walk thru the casino to get to other event locations. Also we went to the comedy and the acts were great however the format was horrible. Watch an act for a half hour then a nothing for a half hour and start again. This cycle goes on for 3 acts, an hour and a half but the is an hour of nothing in between.

Great to have the private deck. Two ports in a row asked to keep it clear as they were window cleaning however even now a week later i don't think they have cleaned the windows.

DON"T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON DAVID'S !!!!!!!!!

Not sure where anyone got the idea I have never cruised before, 20 plus cruises.

@Eagleeyepcs - Not sure what steak houses you have been too but I commented with 26 years of restaurant ownership to support my opinion.

@DWB - As for crushing not being for me, maybe you should look for more brands so you have a reference point. I have never experienced food of that quality on Celebirity, Holland America or NCL. I wonlt ever bring Windstar into this conversation.

I've been on 9 Carnival cruises and they all had decent food. Some people just look for things to complain about. Maybe cruising isn't for you.

I don't believe there is such a thing as a bad cruise. the steak houses are really good. the last cruise we took was on the Sunshine. the location of the steak house left a lot to be desired. ..views of life rafts...but the food was great. I'm not going to bitch about the views though. you're on a cruise..away from it all.

Picky much? Geez! First of all...bad meal at Davids? Nope! .....2 days at sea???? Did you NOT know before the cruise started that you had 2 sea days? Seriously??

Seriously! I have been on 7 Carnival cruises, as well as Holland America and Princess. I have never had a bad experience on any cruise. There is just no pleasing some people.
