Review summary

The ship needs to be retired; its out dated and needs many upgrades. We didnt even have fitted sheets for our bed, they used flat sheets! The paintings on the walls were defaced by others and looked awful. Some of the staff was so rude I couldnt believe they worked with the public. The food was not that great and we got food poisoning on the last day (my bday) and then had to travel the whole next day to get home after being sick. We never saw the Cruise Director once and we got pro rated from a 7 day cruise to a 6 day cruise however we should have been refunded 75% of the cost of the trip since 75% of the trip was cancelled on us.

Food was not that great. Not alot of choices for late night and the room service is a joke. You couldnt even order a pizza to the room?? Only 2-3 options for drinks- Leomenade or ice tea... ice tea was gross so water it was. Anytime dining was great.

Entertainment

Not much offered to do, not much variety. Some of the paid activities were just too short for the money you paid to play them and some of them were over priced. Had some good comedians and game shows.

Service and Staff

The bar staff and drink waiters knew who we were and what we drank, that was pretty impressive. Buffet staff either didnt understand you or you couldnt understand them and they just didnt care. The infirmary staff were very cold shouldered to you.

Cabin / Stateroom

The room size was great. However, they used flat sheets for the bed sheets and had torn and very used matress covers on the beds. The pillows were horrible to sleep on and the comforters had no covers on them. Good location for us.

King's Wharf, Bermuda

Our 3 days there was cut down to 18 hours, 10 of which were overnight hours so we only got to do excursions that were not through Carnival, they cancelled all of theirs. We did swimming with the dolphins through CruisesOnly and that was a great experience. We also joined another groups island taxi tour and got to see a shortened version of an island tour. Tour was great and Duke our guide was AMAZING!!

Pros: Found a group of amazing people to spend time with

Cons: 3 days in Bermuda cut to 18 hours and everything got cancelled
