not every deck, about 5 decks with cabins. they are not free and you use the sign and sail card. they also have irons and ironing boards in them, along with detergent dispensers. Google search will provide decks, locations and current costs

From what I recall, you must send it to the laundry for a fee. There is no public laundry room. Blessed cruise!

More than likely, they will be either in the front or back of the ship depending on the deck and which ship your on but google to find them on your ship
