Don't know about the casino, but the interior can be chilly on all ships if sensitive, especially the theater and dining room. The common areas temperature does somewhat link to the outside. Warmer on your cruise, but to Canada, for example, it is chilly. Went to Greenland in August on the Legend, and it got cool inside as we went north.
