You can bring up a 12 pack of drinks per person. But must not be more than 12oz, also must be in carton or can. You can purchase them from Amazon, no plastic bottles can be brought on board. Or you can pre purchase from Carnival and it will be waiting for you in your cabin.

check the carnival website, but the answer is no. no plastic bottles. unless you buy the water sold in cartons
