With the shortened time in Grand Cayman, I would recommend forgoing an excursion and spending more time on the beach with snorkeling. Having an excursion in Cozumel was awesome!

Bottomless bubbles is only pop. And you feel/ should tip everytime you get a drink....so be prepared for the extra expenses.

Don't miss the dinners or the sit down breakfast. I was gluten free and they went out of thier way to accommodate me.

Book your excursions on your own. Mr sanchos Cozumel and $20 tour in grand cayman. Get seats in punchliner comedy and theatre early or you will have obstructed view.

1. The cruise price is like an iceberg. They tack on a lot of hidden and mandatory fees. 2. Don't use Carnival. They are not forthcoming about problems with the cruise and showed zero desire to make things right with customers when they mess up.

The Muster Station drill is NOT OPTIONAL. Just get to your assigned station on time so you can get it over with and not keep the other passengers waiting for you!

Don't do it, go on a newer ship. Ship was old, but staff excellent except for restaurants.

I would not select dine on your time dinning. It did add a level of inconvenience I wouldn't have thought about at the beginning.

Carnival is an economical vacation. Don't expect 5 star accommodations. Be realistic in what you expect and you will have fun.
