This is the best cruise that i ever been too. All the Staffs on the cruise is very nice and friendly. Everything is exceed my expectation. My friend and I had a fantastic time on the carnival paradise cruise . My favorite part of the cruise ship is " Dinning in the Main Dining Room" where I met the only vietnamese staff that working as a host in the restaurant. His name is Dai Nguyen. He greeted us with a friendly , positive attitude and a big happy smile that make us feel like home. As  a host , he not only make us feel welcome but also we cannot wait for our  next cruise with carnival. things for us things that we are not familiar as a tourist. This is the best vocation I ever had in my life. Thanks carnival paradise provides us with the best staff. 

This ship paradise could use some improvement.our room had a smell the water in the toilet smelled like sewge. I wasnt 100% happy with that and the carpet need to be cleaned.

Loved chilling on the serenity deck. Excellent dining room staff. Cabin kept clean. Ship might need some refurbishing. Lots of strong smells in lowest deck. 

This was our first cruise and we enjoyed it very much. The experience was great so we definitely would want to take another one. The wait staff and cleaning staff were great . We definitely appreciated everything Zoltran , Eka and Inyoman did for us all week . They were very friendly and did a fantastic job. We also enjoyed talking with Maggie from the comedy show. She was great also. Thank you for a great trip.

Our favorite part of the cruise was the shows and having everything on the ship that you need for a vacation.  The biggest decision was what to do since some things were scheduled at the same time.  Jaime and the rest of her staff did a great job!  They were very friendly and helpful.  My son loved to do Bingo with Safari Sue!  She was great with the kids as well as adults!  It would be nice if Carnival could connect the pictures to our room keys for viewing as well as purchase.  It would save the cost of printing pictures then having to destroy them if not purchased.  

Our time on the Carnival Cruise Ship ,Paradise was awesome. Jayme the cruise director was amazing and I am not sure where she gets all of that energy from! There Was plenty of activity on the ship throughout the day. Maggie also has a hilarious line up at the Queen Mary for Punch Liner. The dinner in the main dining room was delicious every night. We are ready to go again!  Cozumel and Costa Maya are a must see! So much fun in both places. We rented a jeep and went to the ruins.

I can't believe how bad the smell was on and in are room. It was like a  Poralet on the job site that hasn't been cleaned in weeks  !!!! Not sure if  something was broken . But it was a BAD ... I Know One Thing we will never go on that ship again. It's sad Because we have been on it 4 years ago and we loved it. .. I'm just glad this was not are First cruise!! 

They em also closed the main pool for over 24 hours👎None of us were happy about that!!!!

Awesome cruise to Mexico...great entertainment...food was good...weather even better..both ports had plenty to do with excursions...shows and music were also good

It was great we had such a good time! Would do it all over again!  The dining experience we couldn't ask for any better we were in a booth of 4.  They greeted us by our first names which was very personable. Our housekeepers were awesome too always kept our room clean!

Jaime the cruise director was the best she kept us alive.

The ports were just like I remembered them 20 years ago!

I just wish the pictures were a little more organized. 

Stateroom was clean.  Staff extremely friendly and helpful.  Dining services were wonderful and very, very plentiful.  Entertainment was fun.  Private beach was lovely.

Two reasons why I did not give it an excellent overall rating are 1) the pool on the ship is too small; 2) the number of children was very high - will book again when school is in session.

The emviromnt due to a lot of young people. The food at the restaurant was bad. We tried few time but the experience was horrible. Them we star going to the buffet that was much better.

The food was awsome,and the staff was as well.they were all very helpful and treated us like family.our steward yoko was awsome.he was always friendly and helpful.carmen from guest services was helpful as well.Joseph in the destiny resterrant was great as well.hats off to them all

Amazing cruise ..... The embarkment was very easy and fast. The service was very good with a staff everywhere always smiling and be ready to help., The food was very good with a large variety of choice. Nice attention from the waiters. The boat was very clean. The escales was very interesting .We will back again, maybe for a longer time. 7 days .... What else I can say.....

This was the first time we have ever been on Carnival and it was the worst. First, the cabin we were in was not what we expected. We would hear loud noises similar to construction noises throughout the day and night. The hallway on our floor also constantly had a bad locker room smell. Then, the soda package was an inconvenience. Ever time we needed to ask for a soda, we would have to go to the bar and ask a bartender for a refill our container. Of course, the bartenders would ignore us and service those that were ordering alcoholic beverages before us. Also we always felt that we were being constantly haggled to purchase items or give tips by the wait and service staff. Overall it was disappointing and I will not recommend Carnival cruises to anyone. 

(1) THIS IS THE FIRST TIME SINCE 1996 THAT I WAS PUT ON THE BOTTOM OF THE SHIP FOR MY STATE ROOM. I HAVE BEEN TRAVELING WITH CARNIVAL FOR MORE THAN 8 OR 9 CRUISES!

(2) SAW THE SAME FOODS TOO MANY NIGHTS, NO SEA FOOD NIGHT.

(3) THE TEENAGES HAD THE CLUB EVERY NIGHT.

(4)THE BINGO GAMES WAS FULL OF LIES! $5,000 GIVEAWAY ENDED UP BEING $500 GIVEAWAY, SOME PEOPLE WAS ANGRY AND LEFT THEIR CARDS ON THE TABLES.

(5) ROOM WAS NOT CLEAN, ONLY THE BEDS WAS CLEAN, DUSK EVERYWHERE AND BATHROOM FLOOR TILE VERY DIRTY, WALKED ON THE TOWELS.

(6) MOST OF THE CREW WAS NOT FRIENDLY, EXCEPT THE CABIN PEOPLE AND THE BARTENERS.

(8) MOST OF THE CRUISE THEIR WAS NOTHING TO DO FOR THE OLDER CROWD ESPECIALLY AT NIGHT. WILL NEVER TAKE A CRUISE ON PARADISE AGAIN.

Favorite part of the cruise is the food & the staff. The food at the main dinning room at the Elastion Restaurant offer the 3 course meal for the 3 times of the day (brunch, lunch & dinner). Many variety of choices to choose & the preparation of the meals was perfect. We got to met the Team Headwaiter's name, Lizette. She is the sweeties, professional, polite, easy to talk to lady. We were always requesting to seat at her area all the time, she made my birthday with a cute cake and made other waiters to sing me. All of her helper, Gustavo, Brian & Kelvin were very serving to our needs during our meals. They all did a fantastic job & Lizette an extra tip for her awesome personality & professionalism .

Our stateroom steward, Arnold. Was always in a happy, good, friendly, greeting us everyday kind of mood. He serve our needs whenever we needed room service or not. He was always prepared to place a bucket of ice for my mother's insulting to keep cold. Change our towels & made cute arrangement with the towels place on our bed, an elephant & scorpion.  We gave him an extra tip of his kind service to us.

Construction was being done near our stateroom every night. Too much noise & drilled occurred, didn't make sleep pleasurable .  Were located on Empress Floor, room E158.

The ship wasn't too impress. It needs a remodeling structure. Didn't like the size of the pool, too small of the amount of passengers. The activities wasn't interested to do: Bingo, Casino, Trivia Games. It needs to have more a variety of activities & the ship could have a newer look designed. The only interested entertainment was the live production musical show. They had a great & fun chorographic performing's. 

I really enjoyed the wonderful staff and the islands but our cabin was terrible. The cabin toilet completely cracked causing a flood in our room. The sink kept stopping up and we had running water issued sometimes. Limited activities on the boat and the boat ride was not the best. Our original destination to Honduras and belize was changed due to ship speed engine.  However the staff was wonderful and the food was amazing. I would go again but on a newer bigger ship. 

The cruise was excellent!  It's hard to believe that the ship is almost 20 years old, but then again, Carnival takes excellent care of their vessels.  The food & service were great.  The only thing I would change is the call on Costa Maya.  There isn't a lot there.  I would have much rather gone to Mahogany Bay, as originally scheduled & booked.  Of course I did get plenty of hot tub/water slide time whilst in port.

Overall, an excellent cruise, with good value for the $$ spent.  We do miss getting the lobster but it is available for an up-charge.  We did not personally care for the late nigh comedian John as he seemed to focus his entire show on 2-3 people from the previous nights show and it got old.

Favorite part of the cruise was relaxing at the pool. Some food was terrible, rooms were out dated, entertainment  was just ok. Next time I cruise will make sure it's a newer ship, and get as much information and details as possible
