Review summary

Was a nice weekend getaway. Overall great time and value but disappointed in the room steward. Only saw her the first day and once on the last day at sea. Definitely not the usual service we've received in our other 2 cruises where are steward was seen EVERY day and even multiple times a day, smiling and remembering our names

Service and Staff

4 out of 5
Overall everyone was great. Would give 5 but our room steward was hardly seen. Was probably our worst one so far. Shocking as we thought that being in the suites would result in the same or better service we've seen on our 2 cruises prior.

Ship Quality

4 out of 5
While it was clean, you could tell the ship was heading to dry dock in a few weeks. Top floor/mini golf deck smelled like sewer too.

Cabin / Stateroom

Ship tip

Be early to the shows, stairs are your best friend

Beach off the pier is beautiful, but overall nothing special in the near vicinity.

Saw our room steward on day 1 and never again. Room was always made and cleaned when we were not around. The way it should be I think.

U have to understand that they don't know if u have covid...if I was a steward I would make my presence known....they surely can't work if they have covid

As long as my cabin is made up, I don’t need to see my cabin steward.

I always think of the room stewards as the room fairy. it's a surprise when you don't see them and your room is made up. I might be in the minority here, but in don't really give a darn if I see them everyday. as long as I see them day 1 or once during the cruise and I'm being taken care of.... that's all I care about
