It was okay for my girlfriends first cruise. I have been on a few more than her and it was okay. I am disappointed in how the Jewelry shop people treated us but other than that it was good! BG

We have always loved that ship. It might be because it was our first and we had sailed it many times. Service is mostly great. Like anything else. You will find a few that hate their job and are snotty to people. Most are great.

I had a negative experience with the jewelry shop personnel on that ship as well. They definitely need some customer service training.
