Review summary

To start our second destination was changed and we were not notified until a few days beforw the cruise. Then we were not even able to dock at our second destination. The menu has changed and now you have to pay extra for lobster tail when they used to serve it on captians dinner. The staff all seemed pissed off the whole time we were on. The only pleasant one was the cruise director she was amazing. Overall a big disappointment. Don't know if i will ever cruise with Carnival again. Which is sad cause this was our 5th cryise with them

the email with itinerary changes came at least a month ago so I don't fully believe that zero notice complaint. also who really cares about the free lobster? just pay for it or not eat it. I've been on many carnival cruises as you can see and the short cruises never have free lobster...... good news here is one less complainer on carnival so a better time for us!!

Not a Lobster it's a mini lobster tail.. Emphasis on "Mini" ... Not sure why this is such a big deal , Two bites it's gone, When it's Free it's a Lobster... $20 bucks it's a Tail...

Changes in ports must have been due to weather or safety of the guest (rough sea's you can not take a tender in).

Lobster is only on 6 night or longer cruises for a few years.

They can change ports at any time again the terms and conditions explain all of this. This goes for all cruise lines.
