Review summary

Out of Tampa to Grand Cayman and Cozumel...Carnival Paradise provided an excellent experience. I have been on Carnival, Royal & Disney. Usually Carnival is noisy and rowdy but our experience on Paradise was great. All due to their staff on this trip. Everyone was kind and attentive. Food was good, not the best we've had but not the worst by any stretch. Stayed on the Empress level. Cabin crew were happy to assist. Always a pleasure when you don't have people waiting to get off their tour!

Older ship but seemed to be renovated.

Cabin / Stateroom

Clean room. Cabin crew (Baby) was super friendly and went out of his way to help us with any and all of our needs. We use 4 twins (bunk set up) and were just fine.

Ship tip

Ship isn't huge like the newer fleet. We were a bit bummed about there only being one pool, slide, no climbing wall or high line course. Upper level back deck could have easily accommodated at least one of these additional options. Small enough to get from main theater to lounge to see shows.
