Review summary

Great staff, great concept, just poorly implemented in a few different ways - primarily with communication. Long lines, hub didn't work all the time, couldn't get reservations through the app with parties larger than 10, couldn't find some pictures with larger parties and only being able to do half of our excursion (would have cancelled if we had known).

All the luggage rules stressed me out, especially when talking to the porters that said none of it really mattered.

Yasa was fabulous as a room steward and always remembered our names and check in on us. Ameria in the dining room was wonderful as well. Loved the captain and his announcements!

Everything was clean and I really appreciated that. The serenity room next to the kids waterpark was a poor decision as far as the ship's layout.

Tight space for 4, but overall nice and clean.
