Review summary

We love Cruising this was the first time on the Panorama hope to return again. Our weather was cooler than expected but that’s the way it goes, cooler in California & Mexico than usual.

Embarkation

Embarkation is easier than ever, most items are done at home, all they have to do is validate your information. Everything went as expected. Had a 10am arrival time was on the ship by 11:30

All food was very good, we ate at as many venues as we could. Buffet was great, cakes and pastries outstanding

Cruise director Marty is one of our favorites now we saw him all over the ship always stop and talked to all, fun squad was very good and entertaining. Stage group was good.

Staff was amazing everyone so friendly, our room attendant Frankie was excellent.

Cabin / Stateroom

Loved the cabin as we do all we have been in, we were in the spa area. Our stateroom attendant was Frankie he was excellent.

Ship tip

First tip is wash your hands often, after you fill your plate, wash again prior to picking up any food, so many people don’t wash hands in the restroom, so gross!!! The only disappointment was in the fun shop, we have always enjoyed the tee shirt variety, just not there must be a cutback. I had collected 3 of the same from other ships not available here.

City tour & cliff diving. Tour guide was knowledgeable but not much a site seeing your as just a ride. Cliff diver was ok, but all over you for money & several times.
