Food and Dining

This was my 5th carnival cruise since Nov. I usually rip them a new one about the food. I was just on the panorama for NYE and it was such a disappointment food wise. However they finally got their act together and it was the food I remember before the pandemic. The speciality food was some of the best I have had at sea. It was a pleasant surprise that’s for sure.

Cabin / Stateroom

Normal inside and not a bad location as well especially if your a lido person. The reason why I rated it 3 stars is because it was a connecting room. Those types of cabins are a negative for me personally but I know families love them

Ship tip

Be sociable and go with the flow. Try the speciality food not just for lunch but for dinner as well. You will be glad you did.

Second time here and wow. First time I wrote it off as a major city not my cup of tea however I was wrong so wrong. In the morning I did a ship excursion to an all inclusive beach. The food was amazing the beach was to die for. Also the snorkeling was fantastic. After I got back I met Arturo. A taxi driver that just asked do you need a taxi? That would send me on an adventure of a lifetime. He took me everywhere and became my personal guide. We end up at a resort that over looked PV and just chatted and drank as the sun started to set over the city.

This time I did a third party excursion. It’s was kayaking and snorkeling which took me to beach’s your regular cruise ship passenger don’t go to. It was amazing and I highly recommend it and something I would do over and over again.
