Review summary

The cruise on the Panorama was very relaxing and just what we needed. The service was top notch. Our wait staff was impeccable. Our cabin attendant and the casino dealers were great also. We love being pampered!

Embarkation

2 out of 5
Waited two hours in full sun and then another hour winding in lines for registration. Water should have been provided in that scorching heat.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

4 out of 5
The dining room was always excellent, the steakhouse was very good but the portions were very small. The buffet was adequate. The variety was less than in the past and the food was lukewarm, at best.

Onboard Activities

4 out of 5
The capacity of the ship was only about at 50% so the lounge chairs were plentiful. There was a great variety of trivia available on both sea and port days. Disappointed that you couldn’t workout without a mask on in the fitness center when only two other people were in there with you. People do not want to workout with masks on.

Entertainment

4 out of 5
We saw a solo comedian, a magic/comedy show and a rock stage show. The trio violin group that played in the atrium each night was excellent. They played all type of music.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
All service was excellent!!!

Ship Quality

4 out of 5
Everything was clean and well maintained. The ship is newer but could use some higher class fixtures and decor.

Cabin / Stateroom

4 out of 5
The size and closet space was good. I found the sink a little small and we needed to have the pop-up on the sink fixed and our tv remote wasn’t working on arrival.

Ship tip

The staff service on the entire ship is the best we have had on any of the cruises we have gone on!

Ports of call

Cabo San Lucas, Mexico

4 out of 5
No we didn’t do an excursion. We walked around and looked at shops and bought a couple of things.

Mazatlan, Mexico

2 out of 5
It appeared that there were shops right by where we docked, but when we got off, all the shops were empty so we just got back on the boat. We didn’t want to get a taxi to downtown.

Puerto Vallarta, Mexico

3 out of 5
They had shops after we went ashore and we went to all of them but nothing interested us. We stopped at a local bar on the way out to patronize them.

Disembarkation

3 out of 5
Waited 3 hours for our muster station to be called. We almost missed our flight. There must be a better way.
