Ship experiences

Onboard Activities

I did the dry Sauna and it was very relaxing. It would be 5 stars but the wet Sauna was not working. The hot tubs were too busy to be able to enjoy.

Entertainment

4 out of 5
The performers energy was fantastic while the talent of some of the singing was not quite there. They did a good job making up for it with their dancing and energy.

Children's Programs

No children with us

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
The staff as always were excellent. They seemed to be a little new as some didn't know the answers to some basic questions like where the ironing room was. Our room attendant Putu was great and did his best for us. Chantell, I believe her name was the hostess from the dining room was excellent and all the hostesses did a wonderful job. Our waiter Jorge was a lot of fun and even got me to get up and do one of there dances with them! We had good interactions with all of the staff.

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
The ship design and cleanliness was very good overall. No complaints or concerns.

Cabin / Stateroom

3 out of 5
The cleanliness was a little lacking. There were stains on the floor and chair and the balcony was not very clean as well as the shelf in the closet. The temperature was also an issue. It was very cold most of the time even though there were several attempts made to fix it. It would be better for a very short time and then get very cold again.

Ports of call

Long Beach (Los Angeles), California

5 out of 5
Long Beach is a nice area with lots to do and hotels very near the Port. We did not do an excursion here.

Cabo San Lucas, Mexico

3 out of 5
I was quite underwhelmed by Cabo. Besides the arch it's pretty ugly. There wasn't any great shopping. The area was under a lot of construction. I personally don't see the appeal. The excursion we went on was great though. Wonderful service by Tu Enomorado crew and staff. We also saw whales which was a great time.

Ensenada, Mexico

5 out of 5
Ensenada is beautiful and there is a lot to do.
