In our room and there was no way to change the temperature of the thermostat did not work had it had the whole times 72° then when you call for it to be fixed, they had to do it from outside which turns it into an icebox so, of course, we had to call them

Cabin steward yoyok was amazing . My problem was the temperature of room 72* at 11:30 pm and there was nothing they could do except go to a panel in hallway to change it so then we were stuck in an ice box you could’ve hung meat in there ( where sheets were cold and damp feeling)(I like it cold and for me to say ice box doesn’t happen)

Horrible , tour was the worst I ever been on (blow hole) the brought us off the main road through muddy flooded big pot hole back roads where we felt like we would be robbed, then a long walk through a shopping flea market where we were harassed the whole time both was . Went into by a shirt and they stole my husband phone when we noticed it missing we went back and of course they said they didn’t have it till we threatened to call police and then it mysteriously happened to be in my pocket of my sweatshirt, which I never put phones it in. My hands were in the whole way there, so I know it wasn’t there.
