I am truly underwhelmed by my experience on Carnival and will be leaving this review wherever I can. I will not recommend this line EVER!!! I feel like I got a 4 day COVID MASK cruise with the crappiest service ever. I feel my dollars were not spent well on your ship. We are not the only people that had this experience. We talked with over 50 people, most were long time cruisers and they stated that they felt the same way.

Ship Quality

layout was poor, they put the water slides above the Serenity area for Adults only. I don't go to that area to hear kids screaming down the tubes. Crew was always cleaning/disinfecting the ship but for a newly remodeled ship it was in poor condition.
Cabin / Stateroom

Dirty furniture on the patio that looked as if it had not been cleaned in weeks. The glass on the balcony railing was filthy, had algae on it, and you could not see through it. We paid, over $2,000.00 to have a HUGE balcony, but could not enjoy it unless standing at the railing. The light cover, on the mirror, in the room was not even the correct cover for the light. It was bumped into by my wife and fell off, cutting her hand. There were to Left sides on the mirror. Therefore not even being mounted correctly or being the correct part.
The TV Remote in the room barely worked and required standing, tilting and almost getting it right next to the TV to function.
Refrigerator had a broken button on the fridge. I assume to open the door. The button was pushed all the way in and would not come out.
The door on the closet would come open as the ship made a turn in the middle of the night, slamming against the opposite side and turning on the interior light. Waking both of us repeatedly in the middle of the night. A simple latch on the outside of the doors would fix that.
Thank you for your review. Sounds like the ship should have been one of the ships Carnival sent to the scrape heap.
We have sailed extensively with Carnival always in suites and always receive a letter the night prior advising us of the disembarkation process and where we as suite guests needed to be and when.
It has been a few years but we enjoyed our cruises on the Miracle. A shame you were not able to have a similar experience.
