Service and Staff

The Carnival Miracle staff really goes above and beyond to make sure you have the best experience possible.
Our room steward took great care of us and kept our "home" ship shape.
Gildan in the dining room (and various places we ran into each other around the ship) was a complete delight! She always greeted us by name and made us feel so welcome and special. Ask her about her passion for caring for her puppies!😍
At the Atrium bar, Melissa and Michelle were fabulous! So sweet and friendly. Always asking how our days in port were.
Judy, in the casino was very friendly and took great care of us!

The Miracle is adorable. Lots of fantastical things to see! The staff are constantly sweeping through, cleaning up behind the guests. Clutter never has a chance to pile up. Great work!
Cabin / Stateroom

Our stateroom was wonderful! Entry of room and storage for myself and my husband. The shower was surprising...great water pressure, plenty of hot water, and a nice adjustable shower head.
The best part, of course, was the balcony. It was superb! There is nothing better than watching the waves, sunrises/sunsets, and ports of call from your own private space.
Ship tip
Take time to speak with the staff and ask about their homes and interests. They are so open and welcoming. They are happy to share and ask you about you stories as well.
Beautiful port! Mr. Sanchos was fabulous! $55 each for all you can eat, dri k, and enjoy. The beach was so great, we never even got in the pools. However they did look amazing!
We weren't going to do an excursion here, due to all the extra travel involved. Boy am I glad we changed our minds! We opted for the Carnival excursion to Rendezvous caye. We took a water shuttle straight from the ship to the most beautiful tiny island. We went snorkeling and saw stingrays and crazy amounts of gorgeous fish, stunning coral, and even a sea cucumber. They fed us a simple but delicious lunch of barbecued chicken with beans, rice, and coleslaw (and a pretty stout rum punch). My only complaint is not having more time on the island.
BTW, see Capi...he was THE BEST!!!
My FAVORITE!!! I met my newest love interest at Daniel Johnson's...a sloth named Sid. I fell in love instantly! Our tour guide, Mike, was terrific! He was so kind and knowledgeable about all the animals as well as the area itself.
The beach was beautiful and lots of party atmosphere. FUN!!!
Phenomenal! We took an island tour with our new friends from the ship. We saw interesting sights on our way to Hell, saw and held sea turtles, watched a great dolphin presentation. On our way back, we tasted Tortuga rums and rum cakes. Yum!
