Review summary

Enjoyed the cruise. Not sure if i would do Carnival again, though. I didnt get the personal service I've received on other cruise lines.

Food was pretty good. Pizza was excellent on Pool deck. Meals in dining room weren’t overly exciting.

Sat by the Serenity pool which was nice.

Shows weren't too bad, Not a lot of variety, though. The magician in the dining room was excellent and a lot of fun. Best magic I’ve seen in a long while. Cruise director was very entertaining.

Service and Staff

Waiters were okay but moved very slowly. No wine steward so had to wait for waiters to get drinks plus deliver food. Had to wait 10 minutes for my dinner when everyone else at the table was eating. Had to keep asking room steward for things he kept forgetting. No real checkup from him on things.

Ship Quality

Very tight/crowded trying to get to the dining room by the bar. Long line waiting for dining room to open which was right by the elevators. Made for a bad traffic pattern. The decor of the ship was terrible. Not crazy about the “artwork” and what it was supposed to represent..maybe the “miracle of creation.”
