Review summaryWe did not get the notification of the itinerary changes which in turn made all of our excursions incorrect. It took a long time to clear this up and we missed our first excursion, the best one, because of the mix up. Annette was extremely helpful in resolving the issues.

Horatio's Lido Restaurant
The officer in charge was exceptionally nice. The staff were great. Most of the food was pretty good.
Bacchus Dining Room
The wait staff was sensational!
One of the photographers did a terrible job but the other photographers were great. The dining room photos turned out the best. The checkout staff were reasonably polite.
Mr. Lucky's Casino
The staff were so nice and helpful. I was a novice to the slots and they were. Very kind to explain everything.
Guest Services / Shore Excursions
They were very helpful to resolve the itinerary issues even though I booked through Cruises Only. Loaned me their satellite phone for 1 and one half hours to speak to Cruises Only.

If you don't mind an older ship, then this is the cruise for you. Excellent staff!
