Review summary

Itinerary was great. Food was mediocore. Service was exceptional. Embarkation / disembarkation was ten times worse than terrible. Internet service -- I don't know how Carnival can charge for internet service. It was down more than it was up.

Embarkation

1 out of 5
Terrible. Lines were way too long.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

3 out of 5
Service was exceptional. Food was average.

Onboard Activities

3 out of 5
Not exceptional.

Entertainment

3 out of 5
Average. Would have liked to see more professional performances.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
Room steward service was exceptional. Dining service was exceptional when we were seated at Igor's table. This was the first time we used anytime dining. It's unlikely we'll use it again.

Ship Quality

2 out of 5
Mold in the cabin. Smelly common areas (urine, puke), Common area bathrooms were not kept clean.

Cabin / Stateroom

3 out of 5
Mold in shower. Mold on vent in bathroom. TV way to small.

Too slow. Carnival should have this process down pat by now.

Embark and debark were very different as over 50% of the ship were "Platinum" or "Diamond." When half of the guests get there early as Priority, it clogs the system. As to internet, ours was very good except in the storms when the satellite was often shadowed. Some of the odors you mentioned were from guests with seasickness in the storms. The crew cleaned ASAP. .
