It was okay but because I'm lactose intolerant, so much could not be eaten. I lost weight. Further, tote washer system needs to be looked at because out dud not smell good.

It was easy. Port staff could use some common sense.

Food and Dining

The Lido deck food looked good but didn't taste as good as it should have. It was never warm, i ate fruit and bread mostly. Thank God for Nic and Nora's and the salad bar or I would have starved to death! The Bacchas dining room food was equally bad as the main spice was salt. Wait staff was great. Loved Noel, Luarean, and Marlon. Coffee bar needs to serve whole milk not 2%. Coffee was poor everywhere except at Nic and Nora's.
Onboard Activities

Great fun with Lindsey and Edward and Lee. Not as fun with George, he was very hard to understand.
Entertainment
3 out of 5
The only reason this got 3 stars was because the comedy was good. The DJ Miguel was very poor. He had an attitude and would not play line dance music. He said he would only play one and on several occasions, told the crowd he was the DJ and he could play anything he wanted. On the last time I was in the night club, he spent more time on the dance floor with his girlfriend than playing good music. By the end of the cruise, I felt that the only people enjoying the music played was him and his girlfriend. The Imagination cruise from 2016 and 2012 had the best DJ.
Children's Programs
No kids.
Service and Staff

Wonderful service from I Putu for our rooms, Noel, Marlon and Luaerean for our food service. Flavius was great too on the Lido deck.
Ship Quality

Silly layout. Needs to be smoother. Should be no smoking anywhere. Moderately clean. Red Frog pub smells bad.
Cabin / Stateroom

It's ok, I Putu did a great job cleaning.
Ship tip
Bring your own creamer and instant coffee because the coffee is poor.
The tender was horrible because it took up half of shore time and so we could not see anything more than a mile. Berry disappointed with the cruise at this point. Should have started on the other side so we could all just go over to Kona.
@gabbygee46 - it's easy. About one month before your next cruise, call Carnival and ask the agent on the phone to please list your lactose intolerance on your booking. That's all there is to it. 🐡🦀🐋
Do you notify Carnival a few weeks (or more!) before your cruise so they could arrange meals for you that fit your dietary restrictions? I keep Kosher, and they've always managed to accommodate my dietary needs in the main dining room. I know that with some warning they can also handle gluten-free, low sodium, and a few other options.
