Review summary

We have been on 10 cruises of which 3 were Carnival and this was the worst ship of them all. Very disappointed that Carnival has reduced the cabin cleaning to one a day - no evening turndown - very sad. Production shows just had "canned music". Watching someone pretending to play a piano is not a talent. Obviously Carnival is in a race to the bottom of the cruise industry - and they're winning!

Amongst other things, the water slide was a poor design - adults and kids could not SLIDE. The slide angle was too shallow.

Entertainment

The main production shows were pretty bad. the saving grace was the comedy club.

I am wondering if you request twice a day service if they will give it to you. Randy made it sound to me like that was not an option but maybe it is.

Been on the Miracle 5 times never had any problems. Went in May and had twice a day service as always as well as the towel animals every evening.

If you want the bottom of the bucket for food, service and customer service, try NCL. I picked twice a day service on my cabin on my last 2 Carnival cruises. Just told the cabin steward, I had ice filled twice a day and turn down service.

Of course, the worst day on a cruise is better than the best day at work but I find myself becoming a little more critical with each cruise because I have certain expectations. I do love cruising so will try not to let my expectations get the best of me.

I was on the Miracle last week too & Randy asked if we wanted the room cleaned in the morning or evening. He did not give us the choice of both but was sure to tell me to call him directly if I needed anything.

we had turn down and room cleaned 2 times a day. miracle was awesome. I'm still on the boat right now...

They asked us if we would like turn down service and what time AM service have not found the cutback in room cleaning a problem you should of complained many people do not say there is a problem it's your vacation deal with it while your there 🙄

Just sailed on Glory and they went to one time cabin cleaning. The room steward ask us if we want morning or evening cleaning. It just didn't bother us at all because we had an awesome time and if Carnival keeps their prices down so we may cruise more often then we are ok with that.

Miracle has twice a day service. apparently the poster didn't read the card in the cabin asking if the wanted once it twice a day, nor did the mention it to the steward . I guess it's easier to complain online and make THEIR MISTAKE look like someone else's fault.

I cruised the Miracle for Christmas 2016. Worst cruise I have ever been on. Trying the MSC Divina next month!

you can ask for twice a day service if you want

Wow! I can hear your disappointment, and it is understandable. When you come to expect one level of pampering, then get switched to a lower level, a letdown is the only outcome.

We just sailed on the Carnival Victory a few weeks ago and our cabin was serviced twice a day with the evening turndown so maybe it's just the Miracle that's limiting steward service to once a day?
