Review summary

I traveled with a group of 14. 8 of us purchased the dolphin excursion through cruise.com. It cost 155.00 each. It was supposed to include time with the dolphins and ayca buffett and open bar. And it was suppose to be right there in cabo. When we got there we were informed we were booked at the other dolphin place which was 30 minuets away. We waited for over 2 hours to be picked up. When we finally arrived we were told we wouldn't be able to do it. After 30 minutes they said they would squeeze us in. Then they rushed us through. Needless to say no buffett or open bar. We paid extra for that. When we asked for some of our money back they said no. I feel we got totally ripped off. Very disappointed

So why give a low rating to Carnival, it wasn't their excursion. If you had gone through Carnival you could of disputed it, but using an outside vendor your out of luck.

An overall good trip. I'm always up to get away. My wife didn't enjoy it as much as I. It seemed as though the servers were a bit less attentive the on other ships.
