Review summary

Husband and I loved the Miracle Ship.  Although it is older it was easier to get around and from one end to the other without having to go up, across and back down to get to certain areas.  Also, the distribution of food areas distributed the lines more affectively so everyone wasn't standing in 1 long line.  ie, fruits, cereals & yogurts were in a separate area than the main entrée lines as was the omelet bar.  Dining room was enjoyable and the Serenity was truly that. The entire back area of Lido was the Serenity Deck.  Signs on doors indicated must be 21 or older.  No kids running around and plenty of chairs, hammocks & pods for everyone. Our first time to Cabo & PV and can't wait to go back.  Not the typical "Mexican" port I'm used to; more metropolitan with real streets & stop lights that motorist adhere to.  Had read many negative reviews on Miracle but was pleasantly surprised & pleased when our experience did not match those bad reviews.

Entertainment

I've been on over 15 cruises and have seen most of the shows. Heard something going on in the Theatre and husband & I both thought it was Karaoke. Surprisingly, it was the male singers & they were off key & mediocre at best. We sat in on a show on a return sea day and again the guys (especially the lead) was not very good (don't want to be mean) & frequently off key. The ladies were fantastic.

Rolonda & P (lady) were fantastic. I did ask for a few items on first day (robe, ice daily) and never had to ask again.
