Review summary

Thanks to Villamar (our Steward) our room was always just the way we needed & wanted it. Everything else, except the food, was perfect as well. We had many options to choose from for activities and entertainment.

Negatives included the flavor, or lack there of, of the food - the WAYYYY late times for "Meet & Greet" for teens - and the "hit or miss" with the

With the exception of 2 Horatio's workers, the staff was above excellent. They went out of their way to know your name and your likes/dislikes - thank you Villamar, Iva, Jorge & the many others that made this family Christmas trip a true VACATION

Worked perfect for the 4 of us. So glad we got the balcony room. It was a nice place to step out to, to read & relax. Villamar kept our room clean & organized with fresh towels, empty garbage containers and made beds. Quick to respond to A/C & Fridge issues. Hope you all have Villamar or at least someone as committed to your happiness.
