Review summary
Having been on several cruises (3 Carnival, Royal Carib, Norwegian, Celebrity) I am comparing this as such, and have to say this was an "okay" experience. The crew was fantastic, very friendly! Cruise director, Troy, was great! The food was pretty tasty, although a bit repetitive on Lido deck. Dining room food was great-thanks to Mirla and Rojelio! The biggest negative would be that this ship vibrates-CONSTANTLY. We were on deck 7 and it was awful, awakening me several times during the night. Everywhere we went on the ship there was this vibrating/shaking going on. Stateroom could use some thorough cleaning/update; toilet area was dirty, hair from previous guest on nightstand, lint/dirt all along edges of carpet, air system nonadjustable & loud (sore throat). Sadly, the bed in our stateroom was sagging. Not comfy at all, and that has always been one of the best things about a cruise for us is how comfortable the beds are and the amazing sleep we get. I would NOT go on this ship again for these reasons. Crew admitted there was an engine problem and they are docking the ship in March for repairs. Why they are waiting is beyond me!

Ship tip
We were able to sit on our balcony and see whales, which was a completely unexpected surprise! Research to find out if this ship has rooms that don't vibrate all night long or you'll go home completely sleep deprived. Loved the Great Gatsby area - very peaceful and lovely to read & relax.
