Whirlpool in the spa area was great. Pools were always very crowded, so I was not able to get in. I tried to come back early from my excursion to experience the pool. No luck.

I thought all the staff were absolutely amazing, very attentive, and had smiles. I did not encounter one staff member that I was not happy with. Putu Edy our stateroom attendant was simply amazing. He cleaned, he called us by our names all the time, asked us how are day was. I was impressed. Also, Woody was a fantastic Waiter in the Northshore restaurant. Unfortunately, I did not get his last name. Cruise Director-Frankie was also very good, lot's of good energy.

I really liked the ships layout. I did not know what to expect, however I was pleasantly surprised.

The room was bigger than I expected, I loved the Cloud 9 Spa deck.
We selected a later disembark time, however we were never called down, we eventually went down to the 3rd deck, and there was still so many people. Once we finally got thru the lines, picking up baggage was easy and
So glad you had a great time on your cruise. I’ll look for that room attendant since I’m on spa deck. Sorry about pool but that’s how it is on a lot of cruises. lol. Thanks for sharing your experience.
