All services personnel wonderful. Sales pitch extremely intense and loud. Excursion recommended and sold by cruise a big fiasco.

We spent more than 30 minutes looking to retrieve hour duty free purchases, staff misinformed about where to pick up our purchase. We roan through bout always back and forth for 30 minutes due to staff wrong information.
