Review summary

WE cruise this time of year because it is low key and hurricane season is over.The Magic is an older ship but is in good repair. Easy to get around and never seems crowded. Overall food is good and there is always something good to eat. Crew was friendly and the weather was perfect. Will sail her again first chance we get.

Staff was great except for our room steward. First day a no show, second day after lunch i had to ask to see if we had one.They sent him to see us and he said he was sorry but had been really busy,ok. Showed him that one of the matresses was broken and was assured it would be fixed.requested evening service. Came back about 830 and the room had still not been touched. DW was upset,two days and no service. Called and he showed and said he had a meeting and could not do our room today. DW asked if he could do it now and he said no he gets off at 8 oclock so it would be tommorrow. This was not acceptable so for the first time ever we complained to the powers that be. Service never got much better and we had to make do with the bed, but we made the best of it. after all we were on a ship and at sea!
