Thoroughly enjoyed our cruise. CARNIVAL truly has the FUN ships. We wouldn’t change a thing on the ship, except for the CHAT app and elevator speed (an escalator would be convenient, if possible).

Food and drink was outstanding. We dined in the main dining room and our servers (Thaw & Iawayan) was great. They knew our names, our drink preferences; wish I could bring them home with us. Food selection was great. We had the CHEERS! Drink package. Drinks were well made, not too strong and “A Kiss on the Lips” was my favorite. Gede, the bartender in the aft drink bar was very friendly and funny. We were visited by Julian during a brunch and his magic was amazing.
Onboard Activities

Pools was clean and a welcome relief on hot day, however, it was very crowded at times. We wanted to use the hot tub but they were always full with people. Putt-putt golf and ropes activity course were fun. I ran on the track in the morning and it wasn’t too windy & I enjoyed seeing the sun rise.

We thoroughly enjoyed the shows and performers. Lots of activities that our family could do, separately and together. Shows, performers were professional and high quality.

Service and staff was outstanding. Waiters (Thaw and Iawayan), our room steward (Bonifacio) and staff were very friendly and accommodating, at all times.
Ship Quality

Elevator service was extremely S-L-O-W most of the time. Getting around the ship was confusing at times but we eventually figured it out. Ship was very clean with a modern & pleasing design and decor.
Cabin / Stateroom

The room was spacious, very comfortable and clean. Ship movement was barely perceptible most of the time and the curtains keep the room very dark at night. However, noise on the balcony from a 5th level bar was annoying at times but wasnt an issue in the room. Wi-Fi was spotting on the balcony, otherwise, connectivity worked well throughout the ship. The Carnival Hub app was very convenient to access the ship schedule, dining menus. My room key failed to open the room or be scanned properly with leaving & returning to the ship. I replaced the card several times and still had the problem. The Chat app needs much improvement as communications with my travel group were spotty or late in receipt. Instead of the app, allow passengers to use the messaging app already on their device. Numerous messages were not received or not timely.
Ship tip
Prepare to wait on the elevators to get you from level to level. Stairs are preferred.
Very clean beaches. The lunch buffet was great. The line to access the water taxi to return to the ship was very long & bottle-necked just prior to getting to the ship. A better process is needed.
It took awhile but this is understood with the large amount of persons leaving the ship. It was very organized and we didn’t mind the wait (we didn’t want to leave anyway…lol).
