Review summary

Our family of 4 had a great time overall. The food was better quality than last summer on the Legend. There was always plenty of food to pick from, including a large variety of fresh fruit and veggies. The ship was extremely clean and all employees were friendly. My room steward, Rahman, did an excellent job of cleaning while I went to breakfast every morning. MDR waiters (Christy, Arianna, and Shalsa) were all friendly and got food out quickly. I was a little bummed only 2 out of the 8 days had a singing/dancing show in the evenings. The rest of the nights were paid Deal or No Deal. I was also disappointed tea time was only 2 of the 4 sea days. There were long lines for everything and people everywhere. Our family did get sick with covid, but I'm not blaming Carnival. We knew a sickness was possible with so many people around.

The cabin was clean and had plenty of storage. Had a plumbing issue the first night where water was coming out from behind the toilet wall. It was fixed immediately and the bathroom was cleaned.

Ship tip

Have fun, think positive, and don't let little things get to you.
