Review summary

Not happy with RCI did not get what I was told rooms were not together very far apart and oppisite sides of the ship . Tried to call before we left and 2 hours got no were very upset about that after that would tell people to worry about what RCI tells you

The excursion was nothing like what it said very mad about that we had 3 couples walk back to the ship after about 15 min if that tells you something

Ok so your cabins were not together.... did you purchase guarantee cabins where the cruise line assigned your actual cabin? If not, did you not notice that your cabin numbers were not at all close? Did you book last minute and not have a good selwction of cabins left to choose from? Next time I suggest you call a travel agent rather than calling the cruise line directly! The truth is that the cruise line sales specialists work for the cruise line and not for you! A travel agent will cost you nothing, as they get paid by the hotel/ cruise line/ resort.... and no this does not raise the cost of your trip! =-) But a travel agent will work for you and will help save you money and get the cabins that you actually want! I think they are referring to their travel agency/time share company "RCI", not Royal Caribbean.

I went on royal once and that was enough for us. Booking a cruise from their website is the pits. Being platinum with carnival is good enough for me.
