Loved Frank’s smile and attentiveness at the omelet and Mongolian station.
Great service at our any time dining: Many kudos and thanks to:Oscar,Parthamesh, and Micah. Dario ,whose sang, was like smooth Frank Sinatra! We were welcomed into the dining room by Grace ,smiling and professional sitting hostess.Thank you!

Had looked forward to enjoying the Spa,with the mineral pool,heated beds,and steam rooms.
Unfortunately, the thalassotherapy pool was only “warm “ two out of the 7 days, some of the beds were not “warm” on a regular basis, for $149 per person the experience was VERY
disappointing.Excuses were unacceptable.
More activities ,besides trivia and bingo are needed.
Piano man was enjoyed.The Playlist singers and dancers were very good.

Our room steward,Madee,greeted us with a smile and by our names.Our cabin was always clean and towel characters brought smiles.Our dining waiters ,hostess ,and Dario made our

Denise,receptionist at the spa was friendly and professional and was understanding when I complained about the lack of functioning of the pool ,beds,and steam.

Enjoy the Mongolian station! Though it’s a wait time, it’s worth it! Unfortunately,not many ships offer it.
