Review summary

WOW. Where to start, you like the smell of marijuana ? It was rampant everywhere even up on the 11 deck where you can smoke tobacco. We experienced a group of young men( late teens/ early 20’s) just passing joints around , and security did nothing about it while standing on our balcony one evening the smell was over powering

Embarkation

At first it was like a one armed monkey trying to hang wallpaper. At first it was one agent telling us which line to get into, then they are calling our boarding number. When I asked another agent they said you are in the wrong line then, and took us over to where we were suppose to be. 🤦🏻‍♂️ it looked like a ride line at Disney.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
The steakhouse was very good as usual. Just wish they still had the chocolate sampler. Food in the main dining was good, but service was a little slow. (I was told that they are still shorthanded). Not a real big buffet eater, but the lines sure said something different. ( funny how so many act like this was a last meal and just loaded ip

Onboard Activities

Trivia was fun but they really need to start working on newer shows in the theater.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
Even though the crew was short handed they were all very helpful and a pleasure to talk with. It amazes me how some people can and will talk down the staff people. They are doing a job that half of us wouldn’t do, or could do

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
Easy ship to navigate around, and I always saw the crew cleaning and sprucing up the ship

Cabin / Stateroom

It is you standard balcony cabin……. It was CLEAN, and comfortable. Our room steward and his team was very good,

Ports of call

Half Moon Cay, Bahamas (Private Island)

5 out of 5
The only thing bad about this island, and it is not really an island problem, why is it that your drink pass doesn’t transfer over to the island After all it is your crew members serving us the same alcohol from the ship

New York, New York

Disembarkation

While going through the disembarkation isn’t that hard the average ship cruiser is dumb as dirt. I can’t tell you how many times they announced not to come down to the main deck to get out, but still you had many do just that. Also stairways are for walking,NOT for you impatient people to camp out on, making it nearly impossible for those trying to disembark to get by and keep the process moving. You know who you are and you really should be wearing a sign around your neck
