Review summary

Full passenger capacity. Only about 80% crew on board and it showed resulting in poor service from star to finish.

Piano bar was closed. No sign to tell passengers why or where to go for live music

Service and Staff

3 at best. Took 45 minutes to get our food in the main dining room at brunch and it was cold. Cabin cleaned once a day and the cabin steward was not receptive to when we wanted it done. The ship crew was not at full capacity and it was very obvious. We spoke with other platinum members and they all commented the CCL needs to step up their game.

Got the large balcony aft on the 8th deck. The cabin was small in that most of the sq ft area was take up when you entered do to the”L” shape.

So sorry you had a bad experience. We sailed on April 23 and had no problem at all. Enjoyed every minute of the cruise
