We had a great time at the ports of call and went on a couple of adult only excursions. The ports of call were all well organized and had seamless debarkation and embarkation processes in place.
Embarkation
5 out of 5
very smooth process, was able to get on the ship quickly
Ship experiences
Food and Dining
4 out of 5
Overall dining was good. We used the any-time seating for dinner, the first couple of nights the service team seamed very disengaged and distant. This got better the last few nights (and we had different tables each evening). The food was good, service was slow (i think more from the kitchen than anything).
Onboard Activities

Entertainment
5 out of 5
Shows were very good, we had a very enjoyable time.
Children's Programs
Did not have children with us
Service and Staff
5 out of 5
Room stewards, bar team, steak house dining were all great. Some in the dining room (at night) were a bit distant
Ship Quality
4 out of 5
Good layout with exception that you have to be on select decks to get from one end of the ship to the other, not all decks have a path from one end to the other
Cabin / Stateroom
5 out of 5
Room was very comfortable, temperature maintained at a very reasonable and comfortable range
Disembarkation was not as smooth as anticipated. They had trouble getting the first group off to follow directions and had too many people trying to get off the ship at one time. A change in how this is handled is needed, they went by muster station for those who had all their luggage with them who could self service off the ship. I think people missed who was supposed to get off and just heard the muster station mentioned.
Thanks for your review. We have given up self assist debarkation and "fighting" the crowds. Beside the fact I am now too old to be flinging luggage around. We are looking forward to cruising on Magic in August.
