Review summary

I was very disappointed in the false advertising of the onboard credit and cash back shown on while booking. This was my first cruise where I received no onboard credit even though the ad was deceiving

You probably selected the wrong promotion during the booking process. There’s usually 4+ promotions to choose from.

There were several fares that fell into the “no OBC” class because the fares were so low for VIFP folks. My last one on the Panorama was that way, less than half the normal fare and that made the fare too low for advertised OBC. Your TA or Carnival rep should have told you if that was true.

Hope you have a better cruise experience next time. Bye the way, you can order bottled water on the Carnival website and it will be waiting for you in your stateroom. It's what I do because I'm an over packer (by choice) and I don't need to lug around any more items in addition to my luggage 😅
