The ONLY thing that disappointed us was that we had booked 2 cabins as part of our COVID cruise credit but that cruise was also cancelled. Because our daughter is in the military, she was unable to rebook and we lost any opportunity for the COVID cruise cancellation onboard credit for either cabin. TERRIBLY disappointed about that.

The staff we encountered on deck cleaning, especially RONDEL wet friendly & courteous and took pride in their work. Our beverage server, IAN, at Red Frog Rum Bar was hands down THE BEST we have had in all our travels. We hope to see him again on a future cruise! We were less than impressed by the service from the “head server” in the main dining room for dinner, however, KAYA (I believe is his name) made up for where the other lacked. On 9/24 we were seated at table 320 for my husband’s birthday.

We loved our cabin. The bed was a little uncomfortable but we made do.
