Crew seemed appreciative to be back. Delightful demeanors. Felt the safety measures were in place and most people followed mask mandates. Very clean, crew constantly cleaning. Good food. Enjoyed the cruise.

Easy. 10-10:30 board time. My passport expired so had birth certificate and ID. Suite guests and were able to go straight to our cabin. Took less than half hour from arrival to port to our cabin.

Did not eat anything not up to par on the entire cruise. Lido marketplace was self serve. The dining room staff was excellent.

Enjoyed that the ship was not at full capacity. Activities were easily accessible and there were little or no wait times.

There was always something to do. I enjoy the a la cart availability for every interest.

5 stars for crew in dining service, was amazing. Lido and the surrounding eateries were as well. I appreciate the top notch guest service of our dining staff.
Everyone I encountered for shows and shops were very personable too.
2 stars for cabin steward. Only saw her once and that was by accident. The cabin was kept up but she was all but non existent. Towel animals are always fun.
I’d also give 2 stars to guest services. Very unhappy there. Had an issue that upset me greatly, and I’m not a complainer. They basically dismissed me and tried to give me a bottle of wine. Not at all content with the outcome. Not looking for anything free. Just didn’t want to not be heard.

I’ve always enjoyed ships levels of cleaning but I feel it’s been stepped up during current circumstances. Always crew seen cleaning. Was very comfortable level of clean. I appreciate this very much. Helped for a relaxing cruise as this was one of my concerns.
Cabin / Stateroom

Had a suite. I absolutely love having a balcony. I find the ocean peaceful. Makes my day to be able to wake up to sunrise and watch it set again. Perfect.
Great storage and closet space although half one closet was taken up by extra pillows and life vests. Bedside storage was full of linens, too.
Liked the use of the robes, two sinks, dressing area with vanity and drawer space and mirror.
Beds were comfortable and the pillows amazing.
Temperature control was great to have.
Very clean.
Tub stopper was broken and overall in cabin was much cosmetic wear but didn’t affect function except tub stopper.
Debarkation was delayed and people were angsty towards the crew. I find that sad after a great few days. Was NOT a Carnival issue, was a port issue. Crew maintained utmost guest service through this.
