Great cruise. Best food in a buffet that we have had on any cruise so far. Ship didn't feel crowded with 4000 guest aboard, very few long lines. Would do again.

Because of a shuttle delay from the hotel, we arrived during our scheduled boarding time instead of early like I had planned. There was no waiting, just walked onboard.

The food was the best of the 4 cruises we have been on. The food at the Marketplace Restaurant buffet was how it should be, hot food hot and cold food cold. Prime Steakhouse was excellent. Tried the Cucina del Capitano Italian restaurant for lunch, very good.

The comdians were top notch. The shows in the Showtime Theater could have been better. Musicians that were playing through out the ship were not to my taste.

Our room steward Jose and his crew did a good job. Had any time dining and never had the same wait staff twice the five nights we ate in the ining room. All the wait staff did their jobs well. Some of the bartenders weren't very personable. Cruise director and staff were great.
Ship Quality

The ship was clean. They had staff in public areas all day cleanin, which I think was for show. It was easy to move around the ship, except for the elevators which slow to stop, would bypass floors consistenly. Stairs are actually faster, but my wife has a hard time with stairs because of bad knees. Only 4 elevators in the middle and back of the ship. Noticed a lot of rust when walking around the ship.
Cabin / Stateroom

Didn't research the cabin carefully enough. Because of the curve of the aft of the ship cabin 7460 is shorter than most balcony cabins. No couch or table and less counter space.
No excursion. Would have taken a last minute excursion annouced as we were pulling into port to Eagle beach for $20, but we were already a little sunburnt. Just shopped around the port area.
Waited on deck 4 above the lobby until our number was called. Got off the ship very quickly. Would be 5 stars, but part of our luggage was not in the correct zone.

Glad you enjoyed it. I see many complaints about the food- no variety, terrible quality, etc. We have been on multiple cruises and have always found a good variety and quality of food in both the dining room and buffet. I’m not sure what those that complain are looking for.
