Review summary

We had a fantastic and relaxing time. We didn't try to do it all, but what we did or saw was great.

Embarkation

Fantastic! Faster to the fun plus disability accessibility was fantastic. Fast and easy. But being in a scooter always means a pat down.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

4 out of 5
Good. This was my second cruise, and I rate it good only because I am able to compare to my first cruising experience.

Onboard Activities

Spa area was nice. Serenity was great. Sun, wind, shade, and sounds of flags flapping in the wind. Unfortunately mother nature was not playing nice and restricted acess on some days.

The Serenity

Very relaxing.

Thalassotherapy Pool

Steps were steep. Difficult to get on (and stay) bars for relaxing. But shower arms in pool provided great massaging effect.

Fabulous! Lazy days enjoying sun, shade, wind, and sound if flags flapping in the wind

Cloud 9 Spa

Wonderful cruise long acess with "excursion" upgrade.

Entertainment

Spectacular

Children's Programs

No children on board for me.

Service and Staff

4 out of 5
This was good, but I can't say it was spectacular.

Ship Quality

4 out of 5
The ship was clean. Location of the deli created congestion.

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
This is a fully accessible cabin. We had it set up with two twins. That configuration made it too tight for driving scooter to windows. Best access to the room was to drive scooter in and back scooter out. Watch out for wall bump out as you back out of the room though. Someone with no mobility at all might have to get in bed from the foot instead of the side.

Ports of call

Ft. Lauderdale (Port Everglades), Florida

No excursion. Fast embarkation and disembarkation for disabled cruisers with scooter.

Half Moon Cay, Bahamas (Private Island)
