Review summary

This was our 10 year anniversary cruise and they lost our pictures they took with all the above items listed. other passengers were asking for their gratuities back, some actually got refunded. This is an idea of what to expect

The staff was hit or miss as far as attitude. Not sure if they were understaffed and exhausted but a lot appeared miserable.

No air flow in room when issue was brought up to staff, instead of fixing problem or moving us or giving us ship credit they brought us a small desk fan. WTF

We went on the Magic last year and the AC was an issue all over the ship. We were in a group of close to 300. Some rooms were great and some were ovens. The Piano Bar was so hot one night that a lady passed out. It is a great ship and we loved the staff but they need to spend the money to make the AC consistent.

I was on the magic oct 20 for 7 days our first cruise we had no problems with none of the staff except one in funshop was a jerk and the mdr was extremely slow and didn’t bother checking in our table one night is all we ate in there . The ac was cold very friendly helpful staff sorry u had a bad time

I know that a cruise is very subjective. Something that bothers one person may never be noticed by another. When I cruise, I’m just thrilled to be on a ship at sea, and don’t think in all the years I’ve been cruising have ever had any negative experience. There may be good points along with bad, but nothing that ever influenced me negatively. I’m on the Magic in April for a B2B for our 50th Anniversary and know I will have a truly wonderful time with my love. Give me a cocktail and someone to cook for me, a good book and a deck chair, and Im happy.
