All and all great cruise however when it was time to change Gratuities they charged me twice took 447 out of my account twice. So they took a total of$ 894.

We're doing an 8 day cruise in February and we prepaid or gratuities in the amount of $223.84 for two people. I would do some further checking with CCL.
