Randy the room attendant was always thorough in cleaning our room and even left us a towel pet and thank you card. Carlos in Customer Service resolved a over charge with quickness and professionalism.

there was a lot of areas that had unclean welds ( my husband is a Union Ironworker) so he notices things like that.

The beds kept separating and for what we paid for this cruise, I expected better. Our backs was killing us. Randy our room attendant tried to make them more comfortable by using a makeshift tie off
Went smooth but once again the baggage handlers were very rude, so much so we made a complaint to one of the supervisors who resolved the issued quickly and professionally.
Well , after 70 cruises on carnival , and a few on the magic , I have to agree the magic has gone down hill ! It is not as clean as it used to. E , smells of sewage on a lot of the ship , the food in the mdr has gone way down , and the food in the buffet seemed to be more cold than hot . What a shame !
