Our service was excellent our server Ergun and his helpers were great by the second night they knew all of our names knew what our drinks were and knew exactly what we were getting

Pools are really small with thousands of people on board and two tiny pools there was no swimming it was a standing pool only. waterslides were great mini golf was nice table tennis was really fun

By the time late dinning was done it was to late to see a show and if we went to the early show we would have missed dinner

Build a bear on ship was nice arcade was nice but some kids were out of control and nobody was there to watch them my daughter almost got hit in the face with a basketball because kids we so out of control

Our room steward was Su he was amazing Everytime he saw us he knew each our names never messed up who was who when we needed something he was right there with it and always smiling and the towel animals awesome

At first it was confusing where everything was but we got the hang of it and it was good and everything was clean

It was a fine size room clean bed was comfortable

On day one go from top to bottom end to end so you know where to find things
We lived lol it was a gorgeous place we spent most of the day at ocean world watched the shark show and dolphin show. My daughter did swimming with the dolphins and she had an amazing time she really enjoyed it she loved the dolphin hugs and kisses he was a big love bug
