For our first cruise, this was pretty awesome. Everyone was kind, the ice cream machine was open 24 hours a day, breakfast room service was prompt and courteous. I don't think there was one negative thing about this trip. If anything, sometimes the buffet line was long (pick an off time to go), the pools were crowded (unless you got up early and went!). I had some anxiety about cruising, but this experience made me hungry for more! I felt comfortable going anywhere and doing everything.

Husband loved the water slides, the salt water pools were nice when they weren't crowded, Serenity adults only area was nice.
Entertainment
5 out of 5
We saw the comedy shows which were ok, the Shine Strings violin trio were amazing! We saw them as often as we could! The America Rocks show was great, the Latin group Milo and Nino and the group Sea Monkeys were also very good.
Children's Programs
Had no kids with us
Service and Staff
5 out of 5
Everyone remembered our names, most all of the staff in every part of the ship greeted us with a cheery "Hello!" any time we encountered them, most staff would take the time to chat with you if you were inclined.
Ship Quality

Always saw staff cleaning/tidying up common areas, they were really on top of it! Design was a bit confusing at first (due to us being newbies) but after a day or two, we got the hang of it!
Cabin / Stateroom
5 out of 5
Size was perfect! We were lucky enough to have two bathrooms in our cabin. Bed was comfy, lots of closet space and drawers. Plenty of towels in the bathroom, soft beach towels to take to pool or ports. Room under the bed for our empty suitcase. Hangers on the wall to hang lanyards, hats, etc.
Ship tip
Deck 2 was perfect. We were a bit toward the back but had very little engine noise (or anything else!).
We did snuba. It was awesome. Our guide John was soft spoken but fabulous! Explained everything in detail and was always there to help if needed. He took some great photos of us and the sea life we saw while diving (including a surprise visit from a stingray, a lobster and some sand dollars!). Snuba is a great option if you can't scuba dive (need certification). We had a small group (only 4 of us), so that might have made it better! The shopping area had some nice stores including a Ron Jon.
We did the 27 waterfalls/sip line combo excursion. The reviews said it was awesome but difficult. I was afraid I might have some trouble, but once we got there, it was no trouble at all! The hike uphill was a bit of work, but they stop to rest often and provide water. The waterfalls were awesome! Sliding down and jumping into the water was fantastic. The ziplines were great as well.
We chose to leave in the latest group so we could have breakfast on the ship. We lounged around until they called our number and grabbed our luggage, went through customs, and were on our way to the airport in no time.
